I am very pleased that you will be able to come along on Thursday, I will send you another email giving you the time we will pick you up.
We were thinking that I would introduce you to the Meeting, followed by a short presentation from you (about 5 min. or so), to introduce DUBS followed by a brief outline of the Project would be about right.
Please let me know what you think would work well, as the members there will be some of the people you may want to interview etc. and ultimately implement any plans.

天啊天啊天啊
這星期四呢
我 Business project 的 Rotary 邀請我去參加他們的定期會議加上之後的餐會
雖然我專案的時間還沒正式開始
但是因為這個活動
這一區的會員都會來參加
所以這是個很好的機會
讓我去認識大家
也讓大家認識我
原本我以為只要去參加活動就好了
跟大家寒喧一下
認識認識
沒想到現在要做簡報了
嗚嗚嗚嗚
雖然只有 5 分鐘
但是想到就好緊張啊
特別的是
這次的聽眾
都就是扶輪社的會員
多為中年以上的白人男性
多為企業中高階主管或是教授 (不然不能成為會員說)
唉
真有騎虎難下的感覺
已經快被這星期五要交的報告煩死了
公司治理的報告真是超難寫
這幾天整天都在翻這兩家公司的財報跟年報 ( 加起來大概有 1000 頁吧 )
現在又有這件事情插進來
